2024 AGM – Booking events

The 2024 TRMCC AGM will run from 26th-28th April 2024.

AGM Details

All current financial members will receive an email to their registered email address containing details on:

  • Accommodation. If you are staying at the Rutherford Hotel, please make your booking before 15 April to take advantage of the funding discount obtained by the club.
  • Registration. Registration is only available via the Club’s membership website.
  • Meals. Bookings also need to be made on the Club’s membership website. Please book your meal for:
    • BBQ dinner Friday night:
    • Breakfast Saturday:
    • Saturday buffet dinner; and
    • Breakfast Sunday.
  • Booking will confirm catering numbers for our hosts. All pre-booked meals are subsidised for members breakfast $15, dinner $40 (Note; costs for non members are breakfast $25 and dinner $60).
  • You can book and pre-pay for meals via the club’s membership (Hello club) website. Further details are below.

Open this INSTRUCTION GUIDE. It will take you through how to register and pay for the AGM and all your meal requirements for yourself and your non member guest. Paying for multiple events using this process is faster and simpler than paying for each booking separately, and will reduce credit / debit card costs.
